I know we are all wanting McCain to get this election today, but I beg everyone to VOTE!
Even if you think your state has it locked up one way or another, please VOTE! Let's do our part, if McCain wins, we will know we helped. If Obama wins, at least know in your heart that you did all you could and VOTED!!!
Regardless of what the media says the current polls have been, It's not over until YOU VOTE!

My brother wasn't going to vote-he said his vote doesn't count anyway. So I said "What if only one family on every street in the US said the same thing. It would amount to over a million votes. Do you think that would make a difference?" He voted.

I'd be satisfied if "those people" were only half as smart as you.

Well let's see...That would make "Those People" with a 3rd grade education!
LOL:D Just kidding!

Funny story:
My mother in-law was at the polling place today, she said that most everyone was wearing red and/or McCain shirts and pins. Then all of the sudden the power went out, And my mother in-law stood up and said loudly "Oh my god! someone voted for Obama!". The place lit up with laughter and boo's.
Which brings me to wonder...What the hell is with all these reports of power outages? Conspiracy?

After a one hour wait I just got my McCAIN vote entered in the great state of Indiana.. Obama supporters were out in full force, a local Hunting and Fishing club all with camo McCain, Palin shirts and signs that stated outdoor men women and families support McCain! Very cool, wish I had my camera! May the good Lord show McCain favor in this very important election!

I just got back from voting. 2 hours and 25 minutes. The scary thing is that when I got there the line was just outside the door to the school where I vote. When I left, the line went almost all the way out to the street. I estimate that the people in line now have an honest 3.5 hour to 4 hour wait in front of them.
As I'm in Indiana, I don't see how it is possible our polls will close at 6pm. Maybe 8pm??? We only have 2 voting machines for our entire precinct. I know the next precinct also only had 2 voting machines.
Can't speak for the rest of the state but I saw more NRA clothing in line than I've ever seen (except at an NRA convention). Lots of talk about hunting. Some conversation about shooting and AR15s. One lady told of the time she pulled her pistol on a drunk who pulled her out of a car. I suspect my precinct is voting overwhelmingly for McCain/Palin. There was an Obama sign by the road but I didn't see any Obama supporters there.

I voted and no lines. It took me maybe 5 min. at the most. I hope McCain wins Florida.

Awesome guys! We need Indiana, and it sounds good from your experiences.
Tanker......Your Mother-in-Law sounds a lot cooler than most. ;)
I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Kentucky will be red.
Go McCain!!

Fox News just announced they are calling Kentucky going to McCain!!!
Indiana is sooooooo close.
Florida has really surprised me....Obama is leading by about 350,000 votes. Still more precincts to come in.
PA!!!!....Ugh, I was hoping for that one.
I used to date a woman from PA. Glad I dumped her now.
Just dropped my vote for Palin in the box.
The only thing that surprised me was the smell - table full of popcorn, cake and cookies, coffee - smelled really good. It's a long day for some of those ladies. It'll be long day for the wife as well, as she does parts of the tech support and tallying.
