A few of us got together today at David's to put some lead down range and to B.S.
I got a chance to try out my 5.56 suppressor some more and to break in my S&W M&Pc.
Here's a few pictures we took.

I think we were being watched.

Nice toys-how quiet is the suppressor? Less than a 22-more than a pellet gun?

The one on the .22LR AR15 sounds like a pellet rifle when using sub-sonic ammo. The one on the 5.56 AR15 sounds like a high velocity .22LR.

Looks like fun!
Just out of curiosity, which ACOG is that I see? I just got a new 3X and I haven't had a chance to shoot with it yet. I have the 4X and wanted something with a little more eye relief. Is that what I see?

Mr.K,
That's the 4x32 Red Chevron BAC.

Are you using a dedicated upper for the 22LR, or just a conversion kit?
I have been thinking of getting one (supressor/silencer) for mine, but not sure if it's worth the money. Here is KY I hear it's pretty easy to get the permit. There's a guy here in my town that sell them and helps lots to get one legally.
But if I get one, I want to make sure it's threaded so that I can use it on other 22 caliber firearms.

Mr.K,

Then that's the one I already had, exactly, right down to the red chevron. This time I went for the 3x with red chevron (love the chevron) just hoping for some longer eye relief. When I decide which one I like the best i'll be seklling the oither one. Any offers?

I'm envious of your friend's wide open spaces to plink on -I can't get my wife to move out of Suburbia.
Nice assortment of firearms!

It's a Spikes dedicated upper I got when they first hit the market. Oh I think they're worth it......mine sounds like a pellet rifle. I had my 10/22 barrel threaded and also use it on my Browning Buckmark with the Tactical Solutions after market threaded barrel.
