I'm new to this site. I'm looking for a schematic or detailed dis-assembly instruction for my O/U 12 ga venture, the hammer spring for the top barrel needs to be replaced. Can any one help'
Part 2. Ok It was pretty straight forward as far dis assembly. Now I need to know if there maybe a trick or trade secret to make reinstalling the hammer and hammer spring. It uses the clothes pin type of hammer spring that are actually installed in front of the hammer. The shot gun is smarter then me right now as I can't seem to be able to compress the spring and hammer far enough to align and install the hammer cross pin.
I apologizes for the way I slaughter the English grammar. I have a tendency to write like Hemingway....Start with a capital and end with a period, sentence structure is where ever you can find it. Said with humor.
