I personnally know these people and I am sure that this is NOT something that was taken lightly!!! The Charles Daly name and product have been around for years and have always been a quality and affordable product. Anybody can have an issue with something, however, good service and people can make a big difference. Believe me I've seen ALL manufactures have an issue with something, some have stood behind their product and others have said that it's within specs and acceptable. All Charles Daly, KBI products that have passed threw my bussines have always been of high quailty. I for one truely hope this name and product will be back and soon. I'm sure these people are looking at ways to restructer their company and return. At least they didn't accept millions of bailout money and give their people "golden parachutes" when the door closed. I would buy any Charles Daly, KBI product and know that I own a piece of history and a quality product. I hope to see this company come back soon.
