Hi from Florinda. I'm a new CD HP owner. I saw the HP last Wenesday at my local gun shop, I bought it on Thursday. and I'll pick it up on next Tuesday, because of the three business day cooling off period. Its an early one with HP
in front of the serial number. produced by Dan Wesson. hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures of it, and do a range report on it soon. The salesman said its new but there is no box or paper works with it. It look new and I saw no sign of it being fired. when I get it home I'll take it apart and get a better look at it.

Welcome to the CD Forum mid-age! Great to see another Daly HP owner here. You do have one of the early ones as DW only made around 500 for us before we moved on to Magnum Research. No docmentation would make me a little suspicious as to it being new or not, but you never know. You could call our office to see if the warranty was ever registered before.

In any case, welcome again and enjoy your new shooter!

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Tomorrow I'll pick up my new toy, and then I will take a better look at it to see if it is new or not. when I look at last thursday it look unfired. I will be calling the CD office tomorrow or Wednesday for sure to see if the warranty been registered. I'll let you all know as soon I find out.
