I read this article and thought, wow, he has hit it right on the head.

It's a very long read, but well worth it. Some of you may have read it before, some haven't. Read it again, as it is more relevant now than ever.

I didn't realize how common the "sheepdog" analogy was until I did a search on it. I subscribe to a youtube channel (Nutnfancy, reviews of guns, knives and gear) for example, and it's used there occasionally, but I thought it was just a passing reference. Well, apparently it's quite common. Learn something every day :).

And, yup, good (and long) article.
